Willow Bank Publishers offers either traditional or author-funded publishing agreements to authors.

In early 2006 Willow launched its new mainstream imprint, Fen Books.

Fen Books is open to all genres, but particularly wants to hear from authors of non-fiction.

Authors are not required to fund any publishing agreement under this imprint, and may, if appropriate, be offered a modest advance against their royalties.

Many first time authors struggle to get known in this very competitive field. For authors whose work meets the required standard set by our publishing panel but whose commercial viability is not quite strong enough, we provide a cost effective publishing option.

Self publishing and author funding is becoming more and more common, and for many authors this is the best way to get a foot on the publishing ladder. Under our author funded publishing agreements, authors receive the same high level of attention and commitment from our team. Your work will be produced to the same standard and the same methods of promotion and marketing are followed.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that authors achieve maximum sales, authors are advised that they are unlikely to re-coup their entire investment.
